TCI is looking to hire a Skilled Tradesman!
Are you a skilled professional who takes pride in your craft? TCI Construction is seeking a reliable and experienced Skilled Tradesman to join our team. If you have a strong work ethic, a commitment to safety, and a passion for quality craftsmanship, we’d love to have you on board!
Key Responsibilities:
-- Perform skilled construction tasks, including framing, roofing, carpentry, and other general construction duties.
-- Operate and maintain tools and equipment safely and effectively.
-- Collaborate well with team members to complete projects on time and to the highest standards.
-- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
-- Assist in maintaining clean and organized job sites.
-- Help maintain a family-like atmosphere by being a good communicator and team player.
Requirements:
-- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of skilled trades or construction experience.
-- License: Must have a valid driver’s license.
-- Testing: Must be able to pass drug tests.
-- Ability to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy materials.
-- Strong attention to detail and a dedication to producing quality work.
-- A commitment to workplace safety, team collaboration, and punctuality.
